Music for Our Children

Music has played a very important role in the life of those who follow God, and it has been a cornerstone of Clarkston United Methodist Church. We build upon the firm foundation of Christ through a rich history of quality church music.

We share God's gift of music with our children in a variety of ways. Whether singing or playing an instrument, our children are instructed by music educators who are committed to providing a foundational sacred music education for our children in an engaging, safe and nurturing environment.

A fun and engaging opportunity for children to explore music and worship.

Program Details:

Music for Grades 2 - 5

This is an easy way to learn music concepts, part singing, worship participation and bible stories while having a great time. We welcome all levels of musical ability to this engaging program. The choir performs in worship throughout the school year.

The Wesley Choir musical s a signature event and is performed each Spring in worship.

A fun and engaging opportunity for children to explore music and worship.

Program Details:

Children's handchime choir is geared for grades 3-5. Handchimes and rhythm activities are used to introduce young children to ringing together. We welcome all levels of musical ability. The choir performs in worship throughout the school year.

A fun and engaging opportunity for children to explore music and worship.

Program Details:

Music for 4 Year Olds - 1st Grade.

A fun way for kids to get started with music and worship. The Cherub Choir performs on occasion during Sunday Worship. Lots of movement and music fun!
