Our Generational Leadership Class offers a unique 10-week mastermind experience that bridges practical leadership principles with the timeless wisdom of Scripture and the core values that define our church community.
Led by Jon Doolen, an experienced leadership coach and fellow church member with 30 years of expertise in team dynamics and individual growth, this intensive series integrates insights from 'Leadership Basics' with scriptural guidance from the NRSV Bible. Jon's proven approach combines wisdom, empathy, and strategic insight to help participants unlock their leadership potential in both professional and personal settings.
What to Expect
Each Tuesday evening session runs two hours and is designed for meaningful group engagement, personal reflection, and real-world application. Meeting in our comfortable Fellowship Hall, you'll join fellow church members in exploring how biblical principles can transform your approach to leadership, whether you're leading in the workplace, community, or within our church family.
Class Schedule: Every Tuesday night from September 23rd through December 9th (with breaks during Thanksgiving week). No cost to participate, and no prerequisites required – just bring an open heart and willingness to grow.
