Mental Health Awareness Month

Join CUMC throughout May for Mental Health Awareness Month as we turn silence into connection through compassion and support.

All Church

This May, Clarkston UMC joins communities nationwide in recognizing Mental Health Awareness Month. Our theme, “Turning Silence Into Connection,” invites us to make room for honest conversations, compassion, and support for one another.

Throughout the month, CUMC will offer opportunities to reflect and engage, including informational and inspirational art displays, a Gratitude Wall where you can share thankfulness, a Positive Affirmations Wall for encouragement, and a Suggestion Box to gather ideas for future programming.

Mental health touches every family and every community. As a church rooted in God’s grace and love, we want to help replace silence with understanding, isolation with connection, and stigma with love.
