Two Meaningful Ways to Give This Easter Season
Easter is one of the most sacred and joyful celebrations in the life of our church, and we'd love for you to be a part of making it beautiful — in more ways than one. Once again, we are collecting donations for Easter flowers to adorn our sanctuary on Easter Sunday. Whether given in memory of a loved one, in honor of someone special, or simply as an act of thanksgiving to God, your gift helps create a space of worship and wonder as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ together.
Honor Someone You Love Through Easter Flower Dedications
Donating toward Easter flowers is a beloved tradition here at Clarkston UMC. The flowers you help provide will fill our sanctuary with color and life as our congregation gathers to proclaim, "He is risen!" Dedications will be recognized in our Easter Sunday worship bulletin. This is a simple and meaningful way to celebrate the season while making our worship space a reflection of the new life we find in Christ.
Support Our Young Adults in Jamaica
This spring, a team of our young adults will be traveling to Jamaica on a mission trip, going where they feel God is leading them to serve. Your generous gift toward this trip helps make their journey possible — and extends the reach of our church's ministry far beyond our walls. This is transformational mission in action, and every contribution — large or small — makes a difference in the lives of those they will serve and in the faith formation of our young adults themselves.
Donations for both the Easter flowers and the Jamaica mission trip are being accepted through Saturday, March 22. We are grateful for your generosity and your partnership in ministry. Together, we live out our calling to serve, give, and proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ.
