First Monday of each month, October 5, 2026–June 7, 2027, 5:00–7:00 PM

Join us monthly on the first Monday of the month, October 5, 2026–June 7, 2027, from 5:00–7:00 PM as we read and discuss books focused on social justice.

Each gathering will include a YouTube video featuring the author of the book we are reading, time to share our thoughts together, and a light dinner. Books are available on Amazon.

For October 5, we will discuss Seen and Unseen: Technology, Social Media, and the Fight for Racial Justice, a 2022 book by Marc Lamont Hill and Todd Brewster.

This book explores how smartphones and social media share proof of racism, why the video of George Floyd changed public reaction, and how digital tools shape civil rights today.

Come ready for thoughtful conversation, learning, and community as we consider how faith calls us to seek justice and love our neighbors.
