Grief touches all of us at some point in our lives — and it isn't limited to the death of a loved one. The end of a relationship, changes in health or ability, and other major life transitions can carry a profound sense of loss. At Clarkston United Methodist Church, we believe you don't have to navigate that journey alone.
Beginning Tuesday, April 7, Rev. Michele Rousseau and Kelly Monroe will co-facilitate a five-week Grief Support Group meeting each Tuesday through May 5. This structured group offers a safe, compassionate space where participants can explore their grief openly, practice new coping strategies, and support one another through the healing process. Whether your loss is recent or something you've been carrying for a while, this group is designed to help you find validation, understanding, and hope.
Class size is limited to 6–12 adult participants so that each person receives the care and attention they deserve. If you or someone you know would benefit from this kind of supportive community, we encourage you to register by April 4.
